01General Terms & Conditions

By accessing or using the vv44 platform, you are deemed to have fully read, understood, and accepted these terms and conditions. These terms form a legally binding agreement between vv44 and its members.

Vv44 is an internationally licensed online betting and gaming platform. By using this platform, you confirm that you are participating in betting or gaming of your own free will and with full awareness.

• Vv44 reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.
• Continued use of the platform after any changes takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms
• Use of this platform by anyone under 18 is strictly prohibited
• Residents of countries where online betting is prohibited should not use this service.

02Account Registration & Verification

To register an account at vv44, you must sign up with accurate and truthful information. Accounts created with false information may be closed at any time and balances may be forfeited.

Information Required for Registration

• Full legal name (as shown on national ID)
• An active mobile number for OTP verification.
• Date of birth (must be 18 or older)
• A valid email address.

KYC Verification Process

KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is mandatory before your first withdrawal or for transactions above a specified amount. You will need to submit a copy of your national ID or passport along with a selfie.

03Deposit & Withdrawal Rules

Deposits and withdrawals on vv44 are fully secure and can be made through popular payment methods in Bangladesh. Certain rules, however, must be followed.

Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 BDT
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted
• Deposits are generally credited to your account within 5–15 minutes

Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500 BDT
• Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is complete
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily placed on hold in cases of suspicious activity

04Bonus & Promotion Terms

All bonuses and promotional offers at vv44 are subject to specific terms and conditions. Please read the relevant terms carefully before claiming any bonus.

General Bonus Terms

• A wagering requirement (WR) applies to every bonus — typically 8–20x the bonus amount must be wagered
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly and may only be used for betting.
• Once the wagering requirement is fulfilled, any winnings earned from the bonus may be withdrawn.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless explicitly stated otherwise
• Bonuses will be forfeited if wagering requirements are not completed before the bonus expires

Welcome Bonus

05Betting Terms & Conditions

There are general rules that apply to all betting activity at vv44. These rules apply equally to all members.

• Once confirmed, bets cannot be changed or cancelled
• Pre-match bets will not be accepted once a match has kicked off.
• Vv44 reserves the right to void any bets placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error
• If a match is abandoned or postponed, the outcome will be determined in accordance with the relevant betting rules.
• Maximum bet limits may vary depending on the game and event
• Participating in the same bet using multiple accounts is prohibited

Live Betting

Odds can change rapidly during live betting. If odds change before a bet is confirmed, the bet will be placed at the updated odds or cancelled. vv44 is not liable for disconnections from the live betting system.

06Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on vv44. Violations will result in permanent account closure and balances may be forfeited.

• Creating or operating multiple accounts
• Attempting to abuse or exploit the bonus system
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal purpose.
• Using hacking tools, software bots, or automated betting systems.
• Attempting unauthorized access to another member's account.
• Fraudulent conduct toward vv44 staff
• Attempting to fix matches or gain any unfair competitive advantage.

07Privacy & Personal Data

Vv44 places the highest priority on protecting members' personal information. We never sell member data to third parties.

08Account Closure & Suspension

Vv44 may temporarily or permanently suspend an account under the following circumstances.

• In the Event of a Terms Violation
• When fraudulent activity is detected.
• If KYC verification is not completed
• Extended periods of inactivity (typically 12 months).
• At the member's own request

For permanently closed accounts, any verified balance will be refunded — provided no rules have been violated.

09Disclaimers & Limitations

Vv44 accepts no liability for the following.

• For betting failures caused by internet connectivity issues.
• For any losses caused by faults in third-party software or services.
• For personal data exposure resulting from the member's own negligence.
• For financial losses from betting — betting is entirely a personal decision
